My cooking is rooted in the classic French gastronomy as I pay great respect for history and tradition but also influenced by new trends from around the world, my imagination, art and most of all by nature and its amazing product which are constantly changing with the seasons.
Food is a great passion for me and I'm just lucky to be able to do what I love and make people happy while doing it. Perhaps I'm also giving them something to carry on as food is about memories and happy moment.
